Painting is out of the frame and has a very minor water stains in lower left corner also there is fading from the original matt that was in place a long time ago. right upper corner of the painting, it is slightly crinkled around the edges but this will flatten out once matted and framed painting is old and has minor fading, damage and staining and could use a professional cleaning.
