It measures about 2-1/2 inches by 1-3/4 inches by 3/4 inch. The Waterbury Lock and Specialty Company (WALSCO) was founded in 1925 by Edward Peterson. It moved from Waterbury to Milford in 1934. Edward Peterson was president of the company until he had a stroke. Then business was run by his son, John Peterson, who retired in the 1970s. Waterbury Lock closed in 1983.
