Description: Hello fellow ebayer. Up for Auction is one ~(1)~ scarce guaranteed old original 1939-1942 era US Army accessory: USAF EASTERN FLYING TRAINING COMMAND BADGE and OVERSEAS CAP. These interesting items represented the WWII US Army Air Forces Eastern Flying Training Command (a la 'Tuskegee Airmen' and Tuskegee Army Air Field) at Maxwell Alabama. The pin reads, “Prepared for Combat” and is enamel cloisonné. They were found in a child’s toy collection in the basement of an estate sale (his father must have let his kid play with it). Apparently the pin has not been removed from the cap since its inception.Great item for the antique USA army, vintage Military/war or old Historic militaria item collector.
