The front has tin litho graphics of all your Halloween favorites: bat, owl, black cat, JOL Jack-o'-lantern pumpkin, a witch, ghost and skeleton. The handle is marked: "U.S. METAL TOY MFG. CO. MADE IN U.S.A." It measures 7 & 3/4 inches long. The round top is 4 & 1/8 inches wide. The condition is VERY GOOD. It has some scratches and small paint rubs - nothing too serious. Both metal clappers (front & back) are still in place. This was made circa 1950's or 1960's - give or take. It is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
