This petticoat slip is one layer but all that poufyness is from many yards of fabric! NOTE: THERE IS SOME YELLOW COLORING IN A FEW AREAS BUT WITH ALL THE POUFYNESS IT IS NOT NOTICEABLE (IN MY OPINION) I AM ASSUMING THE YELLOWNESS IS FROM SOMETHING THAT THE SLIP WAS STORED WITH AS I HAVE 3 OTHER PETTICOATS WITH SIMILIAR YELLOW AREAS. PLEASE VIEW PHOTOS I have laundered but did not treat the yellow areas Elastic waist works as intended SIZE TAG: NO SIZE TAG - see measurements possibly fits S/L with the stretch of the elastic at the waist. MEASUREMENTS: length 20" waist lying flat 10" stretches easily to 18" Freshly laundered and ready to go from a smoke free home!
