Description: VINTAGE OLD WESTERN AMERICAN SMALLER SIZED STERLING SILVER HAND ENGRAVED RANGER STYLE BELT BUCKLE MONOGRAMMED WTH THE LETTER “B” WITH MATCHING KEEPER & END PIECE—- This very old mid 20th century 3 piece sterling silver ranger belt buckle set is simply hallmarked “STERLING” on the back of each piece. It is being offered in true vintage and as-worn condition without any cleaning or polishing and it is still attached to portions of its original leather belt, as our photos show. It can easily be cleaned & polished to shine like new again if you’d prefer that look. We think this naturally aged patina already looks great. The letter “B” was engraved on the main buckle’s little Diamond shaped monogram plate area. Many early Srour & other famous brands ranger buckles were never hallmarked with the makers name and we think this might be one of them. The main buckle measures about 1 1/2” x 1 1/2” and has an opening to accept belt straps up to 5/8” wide. The keeper also has a 5/8” opening. The end piece has a 1/2” opening.
