Description: Vintage TREK High Test Union Carbide NY Anti-Freeze 1 Gallon Oil Can Tin (Empty)Tin is empty, and the bottom was cut, but still intact. 90% of the bottom base was removed, but still intact to the can at the one spot. Also there is a hole made in bottom of the can. The bottom and top of the can show wear and surface rusting. The display front of this tin has some wear, rusting, scratches, and a few dents. Paint shows wear, and a mark where there was the price sticker at upper right. The reverse shows wear, and rusting and some damage likely from product spill. Rusting affects the can at back, and seam. Bottom rim does have can opener "teeth marks" Size of this tin is appx. 7 1/2" by 6 1/2". Bottom is tuck placed back into the can. 100% dry, and ready for display. No product remnants inside (dry for years). Date of can copyright or the design was 1939. See photos. being sold as found..
