Nick Zenallis and his wife, Basilia, bought the building in 1956. They expanded it into a 575-seat restaurant and a banquet room. Nick Zenallis died of a heart attack in 1973, but Basilia continued to run the business until it was destroyed by a fire in 1994. It sat vacant for many years, but now is home to a hotel."
