Description: Thrifting find. Vintage brass tole desk lamp, for parts or restoration. I would describe it as a sort of Art Deco candlestick style, with inverted tiered bowl design. It's painted a maroon color, with gold flowers, and black and green accents. It is untested and will need all new wiring, as the old cloth-covered cord is unsafe and unuseable. Brass Leviton socket with black and red on/off push button switch. Half round, black plastic plug. Brass finial and harp. Metal base with molded-in feet and the numbers "E1185." No other identifying marks that I could find. There are several chips in the paint and a quarter-sized dent on one side with missing paint as shown.
