Description: This unit has been tested and works. Cosmetically, it is in great condition. Originally batteries and spare fuse that came with original retail sale are still factory sealed. The fact that the batteries are sealed, as well as it's condition, is what I'm basing my "New/Other" selection on, but could have been used. Has original case, manual and parts. All are very good.
