It includes the mouthpiece along with the leather carry case for the mouthpiece (probably the original it came with) shown in pictures. I am sure this trombone could use a cleaning and some maintenance. The slide seems to move ok but there is some resistance. I am not sure if it has any small dents, or if it just needs to be lubricated. The spit valve is missing. The tuning slide is either stuck or very difficult to move. The slide lock is missing. The horn overall has general wear, some dents and dings on it.
