Description: This does have rust. Some spots on the front and the outer ring but the worst of it is on the back. I will say it is a bit odd that the metal sticks out further than the wood pieces. Because of that it feels a little strange to hold. But it looks pretty good and would make a great addition to any old hot rod or for some cool wall art. The diameter is 15-1/2 inches. There is a part number stamped on the back that is E092. This is used but it is in good working order. Please judge the pictures for the description.
