The tool is in nice clean condition and looks to have never been used. I have No paperwork but with some research looks like it is complete--minus the paperwork. In the original box it weighs 31-lbs. The jaw width is 3-1/2". This vise may have some scratches, scrapes, wear marks, nicks, finish loss & dirt on it from age, storage & previous use.
