Description: Vintage Sugino 52/40 Crankset and Matched Bottom Bracket Mid 1980's crankset utilized by numerous American, Asian and European bicycle companies on their sport touring and entry road bikes. Light weight alloy crankset has 52 / 40 110 BCD chainrings and shows little wear with the original factory grind marks still present. Tapers and threading are clean with no stripping and the ever elusive dust caps are present. Cranks are 170mm. Bottom bracket shell / spindle is 68mm / 120mm and nut cap threaded. Set is from a 1986 Nishiki Century road bike however; this set was used on numerous bicycles of the era. Steel road bikes are an endangered species, do your part to keep em on the road.
