THERE IS AN INTERNAL AERIAL SO YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO ADD SOME AERIAL WIRE TO THAT. OR IT COULD BE THAT YOU WILL WANT TO CHECK THE CAPACITORS AND TUBES FOR WEAKNESS.THE PHONO MOTOR WORKS PRETTY WELL. IT IS RELATIVELY QUIET AND ON SPEED, .... BUT THE CARTRIDGE WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED. JUST AS WELL. THE NEW 78 MAGNETIC CARTS SOUND VERY GOOD --- AND THEY ARE A BIG IMPROVEMENT OVER THE OLD CRYSTAL CARTS. FINALLY, THE AUTOMATIC CHANGER DOES NOT WORK. OFTEN THEY ARE JUST GUMMED UP FROM NOT BEING USED FOR 30 YEARS .... BUT THAT IS NO GUARANTEE.THIS SONORA COMES WITH TWO ORIGINAL INSTRUCTION BOOKLETS --- AND BEST OF ALL --- THE SCHEMATIC.SIZE: 18.
