Description: This is for 3 Snowball Noggin figurines , they have a sugared effect on their heads , these are in good pre-owned condition, one has a piece of the decorative part on side of the head that is broken , can be seen in the photos . Their legs and arms are made from pipe cleaners and are able to be adjusted , they have little flowers painted on their hands and feet .
