Description: This is a very interesting group of vintage silhouette shorebird decoys or sculptures that are carved in relief and mounted to a piece of driftwood. Made by Daniel S. Stacey and dated 1970. Very well carved and painted with a fine patina.. These are from the estate of Richard Granger Hendrickson (1912 =>2016) from Bridgehampton, New York on Long Island. Google him as he was quite interesting.. The driftwood and shorebirds measure 27" long by 10" tall by about 7" wide. Nice piece of American Folk Art. Email with questions.
