While this is sheer, the busy print helps to provide a bit of camouflage. Of course, you can always pop a cami underneath if you want to have a more concealed look. This blouse has a split neck and a mandarin style collar. Long sleeves that once had elastic wrists, but the elastic is worn out. There are also some belt loops, but this did not have a belt when I found it (I styled it with my own belt). I personally like this tucked in much more than belted, so you can always snip the belt loops off if you feel the same. This has some minor pulls, and there is a paint spot on the front, all shown in photos. The brand tag is "BOLTS" but all of the other tags have been cut off. This is probably polyester, could be nylon. Measures like a modern size medium, shown on a model who wears a size small.
