It's in VG+ original condition overall. Serrated front. Marked "6" over "23122" over "SW" on back. Measures 4-9/16" long overall and 1-1/2" at the widest point. Screw holes measure 3-13/16" from center to center. The center of the lower screw hole is 1" from the end. The center of the upper screw hole is 3/4" from the end.
