Description: This listing is for a vintage 1970's nativity set from Sears which features hand-painted, paper mache figures in a lighted, musical creche. This set was made in Japan and each piece is marked Made in Japan on the bottom. The creche measures approximately 13" x 8" by 4 1/2". The tallest figure measures approximately 5 1/2". The creche and figures are all in very nice, displayable condition. Joseph has some very minor paint wear on the back of the figure. Gabriel the angel also has some very minor paint wear on the front. The paper North Star also has some wear. The box itself is in poor condition with wear and taping. The creche comes with a lighting accessory which is in excellent working order. The music box plays Silent Night when wound. Please view the video to hear the music box playing.
