Description: Vintage Russian Prima Balalaika 3 String Musical Instrument Soviet era Made In Leningrad USSR Looks like it is stamped with a 1965 date (see photos of internal stickers), which would coincide with when a family member was in Europe and purchased the instrument. Will need new strings- I'm positive they are original! Tuners still work fine- they could use a cleaning and some lubrication. Has a separation in the wood face on the front- please see the second or third photo- you can see it below the bridge. I can't hear any fret buzz when playing up and down the neck.
