Description: Vintage Rueven (AKA Reuven) Hebron Art Nouveau Art Glass Genie Bottle Decanter with Stopper & 5 Matching Wine Glasses. The Decanter is just shy of 17 inches with stopper in place It is 7 inches in diameter and has rare genies bottle shape Stopper is 5 inches long total length. Glasses are each 7.5 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter at rim and foot. The stems and feet of the glasses are clear satin frost. The whole set was water tested and no leaks found. The glass itself for this set comes from Israel's Hebron region and is probably crystal in the glasses since they ring. The decanter is solid heavy glass. Rueven is a multinational company that sources glass and crystal from all over the world then decorates it in different factories in the USA and in Israel. These are mostly like decorated in the USA by color way being strong to pink and yellow green without undertone of white or black. Israeli decorators often have a more opaque look to the colors due to undercoat. Circa Mid 1980's-Mid 1990's.These are vintage preowned in Near Mint condition.
