Description: Vintage Royal Quiet De Luxe Portable Typewriter 1946 Black A1192890 Carry Case. Nice preowned vintage condition showing low signs of wear/use. The typewriter is working, but I am sure it will need some servicing to bring up to proper working condition. I am dating it to 1946 based on some database is online and the particular serial number associated with this unit. The serial number is in the listing title. There is a test page in the photos. The keys all seem to work as they should, although it does experience sticking. The typewriter itself is in very nice condition. It comes with its original case which does show a fair amount of shelfware. It has a locking mechanism, but there is no key. Please see photos for design and condition details.
