Description: This is a grand Royal Delft Blue round large piece of artwork. This is handpainted and it shows a scene of a little cottage beside the water's edge, with wind blown trees, an inlet of the sea, a sailboat, windmill and rain clouds on the way in an evening scene. It could be a very shallow bowl as well. It has something left of a hanger, so it once hung on the wall. It has a 15 inch diameter and is in excellent condition. It is free of any chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. If you will look at the last photo there is a little line that you can feel, very small and on the edge of the platter. It is not a chip, and does not show on the front. Not sure what it is, but mentioned for complete accuracy. This is priced to sell today.
