Description: Vintage ROWE Pottery USA Tart Warmer base Candle Holder Heart 1987 candle inc.. I love salt crocks so I had to grab this. Wasn't sure at the time, looked like there should be another piece included that wasn't there, but when I looked on ebay I found that it was actually the base to a tart warmer. Obviously, I don't have the top portion, but I am including a glass votive candle with it. The light shining through the heart will be so adorable! I will double wrap in bubble wrap and can ship by USPS Parcel Select or Priority.
