I could not precisely identify the artist by the signature. The printed area measures 7-1/4" x 11", the frame size is 14" x 18". The work is under glass. The paper backing is vintage as well and is brittle. The paper around the print is lightly warped which only accentuates the vintage condition of the print. The print is very contrast. Based on other artworks depicting the same place, this image is very accurate architecturally. This is one of the most frequently visited by tourists spots in the fairy tale town of Rothenburg.
