Description: Vintage Ross Superheterodyne Solid State Dual Channel Transceivers Model 7765. In original box. These units were powered on using the DC connection. The volume worked and I was able to hear some faint radio chatter in the distance but that was the extent of any testing. These units are presumed to be not working properly. For that reason and the reasons listed below, this item is being sold as is, for parts, repair or display. The units have some usage and aging wear including scuffing and scratches. One of the units has it’s antenna broken off as seen most notably in photos 11 and 12 . Photo 13 shows the battery compartments of each unit. Note that the unit on the right has a damaged battery connector. The damage can also be seen in photos 14, 15 and 16. Photo 17 shows the back cover of the damaged unit that will not clamp into place properly. Photo 18 shows some paint or discoloration on the strap of one of the units. For all of the above faults, this item is being sold as is, for parts, repair or display purposes. Please examine all photos. Message with any questions or for additional photos.
