Description: VINTAGE Robert Sonneman Desk Bankers Lamp George Kovacs Memphis Style Postmodern Very nice lamp with halogen bulb. Be aware this type bulb does put off considerable heat. Lamp is in good working condition with nothing worse than superficial wear, most noticeably in the form of scuffs/fading to the black base, but also some light tarnish to brass and some light scuffs/scratches overall. No chips or cracks to glass. Glass top is very thick, almost 1/2". The manufacturer's sticker on bottom is almost worn off. At bottom of lamp edge, a piece of the protective cushioning layer is starting to separate from the lamp ( touching this with a pen in last photo, and it can also be seen in the photo taken of the lamp bottom as well) Plug style is two prong, non polarized. Measurements are approximate: Width of top glass: 18"Width of base: 10"Height: 15"Depth: 4.75" at widest point. Weighs approx 7.5 pounds prior to boxing up. Lamp will be well packaged for shipment.
