Description: This is a vintage sterling puffy heart charm that has a repousse design on the front. The name "Helen" is beautifully engraved on the back. The seams of the heart are sealed, and has a few very tiny dings. The charm is marked sterling on the back, and has a great patina, but could use a cleaning in spots. It measures 3/4 of an inch high and 5/8 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.5 grams. I do combine shipping charges, if you buy more than one item.
