Description: Here we have a rare vintage men's Eterna-Matic 2000 Centenaire 71 gold tone watch from the early 1970's. This watch was one of the highest quality watches that Eterna made and features one of their high quality Swiss made automatic movements in a very slim case. The Centenaire 71 is a very rare model and only a couple have come on the market in recent days. This particular one also has a date calendar. The watch is currently running off and on, and when it does run, it seems to gain time and run too fast. It would need a complete servicing to run properly. The case and crystal show some scuffs and scratches here and there. The hands set and the calendar moves as intended. Please see all the pictures to determine condition.
