Description: This is a vintage quilt block that I have made into a pillow. Purchased a quilt top in the string quilt pattern. Most of them seem to be cotton fabric but some feel more like a blend. I added batting to the square and hand quilted each one and backed them with muslin. Each one measures approximately 7 x 7 inches, but size will vary somewhat on some pillows.
