This pull toy in from the mid 1900's and has considerable wear but still collectable and fun. Paper is missing on some of the decals on several sides. A block is missing on one side underneath however the tail still spins when pulled. Not quite sure what the rod does but looks like it is a clicker for sound but Im tone deaf and not hearing anything. I took pictures of the mechanical parts.
