Description: Vintage Pre 1935 L'Ame de Christofle Gourmet Sauce Spoon Stainless Steel 6.75". Interesting shaped spoon with a relatively flat scoop end by renowned, high-end, French company, Christofle. The stamped hallmarks are actually on the front of the spoon, one on either side of the handle. Hard to get a sharp photo as the marks are so small. The one on the right side says, "Christofle" with a hallmark that appears to be the "balance stamp" dating it to before 1935. The one on the left side says, "Range" (or perhaps "Grange") with what looks like a coffee pot hallmark. "L'Ame de Christofle" translates to The Soul of Christofle. Measures 6 3/4" long.
