Never opened, still fully and firmly sealed in the packaging. Packaging has some minor wear from age. Also some dust over time inside around the watch etc as there is an opening that allowed you to "test" the item by pressing button. The battery has obviously died as it's now 26 years old! But as the item has never been opened, I am sure it will just be a case of changing the battery to get it going.
