Description: This wonderful dress was homemade but so well done. It has a built-in petticoat which gives a really good flair to the skirt. The white stitches look like they were done in a hurry but they hold everything in place and do not show to detract from the dress. It is in very good condition with no issues and fastens in back with two snaps. The elastic in the panties still has a good stretch. The dress and the panties have been freshly laundered.
