Clean, no marks, stains or odors (smoke free home) Pages have tanned a bit due to age. Please see all photos. Book holds 20 photos , approx. size of slot 3 1/2" x 4 1/4", book measures 4 3/8" x 4 3/4". Beautiful bright red vinyl with gold.
