Description: Vintage Babbacombe Pottery Tuxedo Cat Head String Dispenser/Scissor Holder. The back is stamped "Babbacombe Pottery - Hand Decorated by Philip Laureston, England". Cat is a black/white tuxedo marked cat with pink ears, and notes, green eyes, and a red bow. The scissors fit in the holes of the bow. Place your own ball of string in the back, hand holder on a wall, and dispense the string through a hole in the center of the cat's mouth. It measures about 5-1/4" wide. It is ceramic. Holder is pre-owned. There is a small chip on the edge of the back of it, measuring about 1/4" wide by 3/8". It does not show from the front. I've tried to show close ups in the last several photos.
