Description: Really Nice 11.75" Handcrafted, Otagiri Black Lacquer Turtledove Serving Tray. This item is in good used condition however there is some light scraches on the black area that I am unable to capture in the photo. There is also an area what looks like the gold paint has been splattered. Hard to see but it is there.
