Description: This is the ORIGINAL "Lion / His Majesty" latch hook kit #104 from Shillcraft using quality Orlon 100% acrylic yarn made in Canada, poly-cotton canvas made in England, a design size of 30" x 40", a kit weight of OVER FIVE POUNDS, and kit box size 15 1/2" x 11 1/2" x 7" . This Shillcraft version is out-of-print and is no longer made. This is NOT the subsequent WonderArt version that uses thinner and lighter yarn, has a design size of 27" x 40", has a kit weight of only 3 pounds, and a smaller kit box size of 12" x 9" x 6". The difference in weight is mostly due to the thinner yarn. The WonderArt version is of course at a lower price on eBay, Amazon, and other online sites - but we do not have the WonderArt version. This kit is vintage new-old stock from our retail yarn shop/warehouse inventory. We have 2 kits, both sealed until when I took photographs of the content. Kits will be shipped in their original cardboard box with a shipping label, which saves you and me the cost of a larger box and more shipping weight. These earlier Shillcraft kits simply had a picture of the final product on the box, and not the glossy printed boxes used by WonderArt.
