Description: DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION Up for sale are a nice set of five tiles that I understand are Native American folk-art tiles decorated in New Mexico. One had a sticker on the back that says” Hand painted by Territorial Tiles of Santa Fe, 103 West San Francisco Street, Copyrighted Design 1976”. The sticker came off and will be shipped in an envelope. I found these wrapped in newspaper from the 1980’s, but they might be older. They measure about 6” wide. The one labeled as Number one has a chip on the underside side edge and the number two has a small one in the corner on the underside (I have shown them in one photograph). Both look like they may have occurred prior to glazing. The number 2 tile has felt stuck to the corners.
