Description: 3 inch tall steel bell with advertising for a dairy from long ago in Lansing Michigan. N. H. Winans & Sons "Ring Our Number" engraved on one side, with a cow and "Milk & Ice Cream" engraved on the other. The handle is in the shape of those old flat wooden spoons you once got with a small ice cream single serving. Looks quite old with a sheen of rust I have not attempted to polish. In a quick search I found a reference dating to the 1920's.
