Description: This is a USED item. I only brushed it off; I did not wet it. I think this is a cold air return because there are no holes on the sides to mount against a wall. I think it is made to lay on the floor. The fins all seem to be straight. The flaps work great even with all the surface rust. There is a lot of rust but it is solid piece of steel. Pics 13 & 14 are the outer diameter while pics 16 & 17 are the inner diameter. Please see all pics for further details. I will try to answer any questions.
