Top features the familiar company logo and reads MERCK with 2 diamond accents beneath. I am unsure of the years of service to this charm. Reverse is hallmarked 10K EMB CTO TRADEMARK, the hallmark for historic and listed USA jewelry maker, O.C. Tanner, well known for their corporate and fraternal jewelry. Stones were tested with a Gemlogis Ciel tester and confirms diamond and were measured with a gemstone gauge tool at 0.04 carats each or 0.08 ctw.
