Vintage MEN'S XL 80’s Reebok Sports JACKET TENNIS OPEN Letterman Leather Sleeve

PRE-OWNED MEN'S SIZE XL "Reebok Sports" "TENNIS OPEN" JACKET LAMB NAPPA - LEATHER SLEEVES/Shoulders - See Photo Letterman/Bomber STYLE with Leather Sleeve/shoulders This item belonged to my brother. He was an avid tennis player and fan. He went to the U.S. Open Tennis tournament many times in his lifetime and he could have purchased this at that event - I'm just not sure. It has been in our master bedroom closet for several years and its now time to let it go to someone that would love and appreciate it. We hate to part with it...... CONDITION: 1. The beautiful - BLACK - SUPER SOFT /SUPPLE - LAMB NAPPA Leather is of the finest. The leather is in very, very good condition with NO tears, holes, damage or repairs. Some of the very edges of the black leather may show some very light rubbing - but overall the leather is really nice. The black edges of the "slit arrow" pockets and the large DIAMOND SHAPED RED LEATHER statement located on the backside of this jacket is also Lamb Nappa. NO flea bites or moth damage noted on the exterior. 2. This jacket is lined with a light blue, quilted, soft and rather "fragile" Acetate fabric. Over the years, because of it's fragility, there is obvious signs of minor wear. I've showed photos of these areas (top edge photo #7 & 9, Bottom edge photo #11, Pit photo #12) which is mostly above the jacket label. The same can be found in a couple other small areas on the bottom edge of the interior lining and a couple areas where the armpit and or shoulder and the sleeve of the interior lining is sewn together. These small wear areas partially exposes the white lining fill which is polyester. SEE PHOTOS. 3. The lining in the front RIGHT BOTTOM "arrow slit" pocket is torn. All other pockets are in good condition and not torn or in need of repair. 4. I note NO major stains on the exterior. In fact, I'm hard pressed to find any notable stains at all on the exterior. See photos. 5. I note a stain spot on the inside quilted lining. It is opposite where the BOTTOM of the ONE interior pocket is located. Something at sometime was placed in this interior pocket that created this stain(?) - see photo #10. 6. There is one super tiny stain(?) spot on the letter "N" of the word "OPEN" on the backside of the jacket. See photo #3. 7. The expandable black with blue stripe band located all along the bottom edge of this entire jacket (also the collar and wrists) - is in EXCELLENT condition with no tears/holes or damage. 8. This jacket has always been in a smoke free home and is free of odors or smell. Zippered front. 9. The quilted lining is showing some loose threads - nothing appears serious - just age/use/rubbing. This vintage, premier, classic, REBOK sports JACKET is really amazing and very hard/rare to find - especially in this kind of of condition......you will surely receive many favorable comments.
