Description: This Handsome Men's Vintage 1957 Bulova "SVP XI" model with a Champagne Dial employs a 17 Jewel 11AF Bulova Swiss Movement from 1959, and is presented in a Bright and Shiny 10kt Rolled Gold Plate Bezel with Stainless Steel Back. Just an Absolutely Fabulous Looking Timepiece! The Dial has an even patina throughout. The movement was recently serviced, giving you the confidence that you are buying a watch that has been well cared for. The top of the case is Bright and Shiny, the Lug Bottom Edges exhibit wear. A Complete Work of Art which can be worn every day and with a new Tan Leather Band and can be worn by a Man or a Woman right out of the box. There has been a lot of debate over exactly which model this is and what "SVP XI" stands for. Based on my research, SVP = Style, Value, Performance and is the 6th Variant of the model (XI = 6). This is a Great Looking Watch, some may even say it is Rare. I am NOT saying it is Rare, I'll just say it is hard to find and the research has the experts confused.
