The other adjusting knob underneath the seat is not turning by hand (rubber cover spins but adjustment does not turn ) but does turn with pliers . Wheels are moving as they should. Backrest does recline with the weight of the user and springs back into place. Slightly musty from storage, no mold or mildew. The seat cushion is in decent condition but the springs can be felt underneath and is a bit bumpy. A nice mid century chair with a great bright red color that has many years of life left.
