Description: Welcome to Barb & Claude's! Today we have a perfect example of MCM art pottery. It has a chocolate swirled design around the base that resembles flowers and is a matte, cream color overall. The inside is glazed about halfway down and the rest is unglazed. It is stamped USA 231 which leads me to believe it is California pottery. It's in excellent condition, no chips or cracks noted I've not tested if it holds water so be sure to check that on a safe surface before first use! Measures almost 6" tall by 4.5" at the base and opening.
