Pattern is neatly cut out and it is complete. The envelope has faded with time. One-piece dress: camisole top dress with fitted bodice and four-gore, box pleat skirt. Shirred front inset has elastic at top. Bias front band included in inset seam, continues as should straps. Organdy bodice lining and front inset stay. Corded piping in wait sea. Left side zipper placket. This is from the 1950's. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
