Description: SEASONS GREETINGS Charming vintage Christmas card with art by Maurice Sendak! Card measures approximately 7 x 5 inches. Cover shows a simple "Seasons Greetings." Interior has an illustrationshowing a small sad boy in tattered clothes, slowly morphing into a Christmas tree, and as he does, he becomesmore and more joyful, eventually spreading his joy to other children. I don't know the exact provenance of the card, but the facing page shows a Harper & Row, Publishers, imprint. Basedon other purchases I made with the card, I think it was printed by the publisher as a Christmas card from thecompany sometime in the 1960s or 70s. The card is printed on a simple linen-like light tan paper that measures approximately 10 x 14 inches and was folded into fourths and is stored in a plastic cover.
