Description: Vintage M-1951 US Army Korean War Field Jacket with Full Liner and HoodSize LargeThe Liner is fully intact with 14 button holes all in very good condition. It has some tears in the inner lining cloth of the under arms (see photo). The outer parts of the Liner (including the outer layers of the under arms) are fully intact (see photos).The Jacket is in good condition with some fraying of the cuffs and some wear at the hem in front. It is missing 2 buttons on the right cuff and one on the left. The other 16 original buttons are present and in very good condition (12 inside for fastening the Liner body and Liner cuff ends, 4 top side for collar, shoulder loops and hood). All original 12 snaps are present, well attached to the jacket and working properly. Zipper intact and functional. All pockets are intact (no holes or tears) and pocket flaps are fully functional with their snaps. The collar with its button and button holes is in very good condition, no tears or fraying. Both shoulder loops are in very good condition and fully functional.The Hood is in very good condition with no tears or fraying (well, its tag is unsewn on one end but still present!) with its one button in front and drawstring in very good condition. All buttonholes are in very good condition. Note in the pictures that the hood fastens to the jacket using the shoulder loops.
